“How will our course unfold?”
The duration of the course is about three hours, during the preparation we will chat, creating a family atmosphere.
You will then have a way to relax, having fun and learning in an easy and practical way.
Everything will end ‘at the table with the delicacies that you have prepared.
You will then return home taking with you your secrets and the art of Italian cooking.
“Italian Picnic”
A wonderful activity for all ages.
It is called Pic Nic all’Italiana because it represents the fifth essence of Italian style.
Conviviality, simplicity and good food.
What could be more Italian?
A delicious picnic basket inside which you will find many delicacies of the season, a blanket and a tablecloth to spread on the grass.
“Truffle Hunting”
The Search and Quarry of the Truffle is a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
In this five-star experience, in the company of two expert truffle hunters and their dog, you will discover how fascinating is the Search and Hunt for truffles in the woods of Chianti learning to recognize the signs of the land, the auras around the plants. You will be introduced to the world of truffle hunting that has its roots far back in time.
After an incredible walk through breathtaking landscapes you will return with the fruit of your labor ready to be combined with unique dishes.
