It starts from the essence that is ours.

That’s what cooking means to me, something that belongs to us.

Something that is connected to my country and its traditions. Ten years ago I decided that I wanted to share my love of cooking with others. That I could teach what I had learned from my mother and grandmother. My job is to get you in touch with your creative side and express it through food.

I will guide you and show you step by step the secrets of Italian cooking. How?

With personal lessons for groups or individuals.
Or, for those who want to relax while enjoying good food, with demonstration tastings of dinner or lunch. I always cook live in front of you and explain what I do and how I do it.
The raw materials I use are one hundred percent organic and mostly from my own garden.

Remember that food is first and foremost emotion and that emotion generates other emotions, in an inexhaustible virtuous circle.
